The curriculum is child-centered and play-based. I prepare the environment and select games & activities. Then I let the children engage in play and discovery. I'm here to model appropriate behavior, set limits, read books, guide activities, keep everybody clean, fed, safe, loved, and generally keep things moving smoothly. Each day we begin as a group with morning greeting songs, daily schedule discussion, and personal share. Students are also assigned roles and responsibilities for the day.
Every month we pick a theme and follow said theme for daily projects and activities. Down bellow are some examples of our themes, projects and activities.
